The film is called "The Covenant", not "Guy Ritchies The Covenant". If you are going to include the directors name in one movie, why not do the same for all of them? Makes no sense.
I actually liked the “Fury” I really liked the movie and I’ve seen most of these movies but 1 and I’m going to watch that in 10 min get a snack and beverage 😋

My great uncle was a member of the 1st Tunnelling Company and was KIA at Hill 60. Beneath Hill 60 is a favourite in our family.
"Fury" is good, "Covenant" is good if not very original, "Saving Private Ryan" is great, see if you can find "1916" it's awesome.
He's referring to Prime content btw, and not a list in general. There are more out there. I collect war movies as one of my hobbies.

A hard list to compile… a long film but I would add Gettysburg to this. Fury I did not like. Brad Pitt hair and the characters did not fit in.

Fury, Sherman’s up against Tiger, look for reverse gear and get the hell away.
All quiet on the western front. The original and the last remake. Forget the earlier dog with Ernest Borgnine.

The Best war/Anti-war movies and 2 of my favorites were 'Paths of Glory' (1957) and 'Where Trumpets Fade' (1998).
13 Hours is one of the best of all time!
"Battle of Britain" – effects may be dated in parts, but the cast is stellar and acting and dramatisation of history doesn't get much better – great score and locations too (perhaps sentiment lends a part as I first watched this at the cinema with my dad when it was released.. 1970?)
