This was a fun movie. Love MP. The only part I hated was when she got her car towed and bought the used car. Corny and weird.
Love Michelle Pfeiffer but that movie was just bad. Her frozen facial impression made it almost impossible to figure out what the character was feeling in any given scene and the generally lackluster performance gave the impression that mom had a hefty dose of valium with her daily bottle of wine. The supporting cast was really only there to perpetuate the stereotype that the American mom is practically a saint who is owed worship for doing some extra work around the holidays, which she really does to impress other women, in this case the caricature of the perfect neighbor. Story's been done hundreds of times and – once again -Botox and acting are not a good mix.
I don't worship celebrities so I don't give a F about the cast..I just hope its good
Expensive cast + yaas queen facile crap + awful script + AI plot = a real Xmas turkey

D. Leery wear more make up and hair dye than all the actresses in this gig put together.
Pfeiffer did all the heavy gifting.
Leary was whiny. The family was forgettable. The usual Hollywood family mix; gay daughter, man child brother, yadda,, yadda yadda.
The plot, a twist on Home Alone, was formulaic AT BEST.
2 stars out of 10.

Oh what fun—cool movie. I didn’t think we’d ever get “blessed” with a gay Christmas movie, but here we are. Instead of a normal cast of colorful family members, we got a bunch of gay stuff in a Christmas move. This movie could’ve been so much cooler if it wasn’t so gay. Merry Christmas, everyone.
I won’t unfortunately be finishing the movie. I’ll rather just watch some classic Christmas moves.

Oh NOT Fun. It feels like AI got a bunch of Christmas movies and spliced them together, with a forced music playlist, but left out the funny parts. Needed more character development. Also, the actors didn't seem to gel together.
